The Moveable Dust-Free Dry Sanding Set equipment involves sophisticated technology. It is responsible to reduce sander’s oxygen consumption which increases product life cycle. The equipment collects the dust through motor which locates under automatic control of IC. When sander turns on its automatic switch of induction sets in motion to aid the dust collection. After the machine goes off, dust collector works 5 to 8 seconds beyond to suck up remaining dust particles.

Dust Free Sanding Set

Features

Vacuum: It contains technical grade components fixed into the collection system of vacuum dust. It helps in shaking and cleaning operations in order to cater the finishing of a vehicle by executing dust.
Noise: The level of noise is around 1.2KW held in suction motor of turbo-type. The noise is relatively low. Hence its motor has fixed with an extraction function equipped with ultra-strong dust. Overall, high intensity of suction power has developed for two sanders. In this way, it aids them in functioning at the same time.
Interlock Design: It carries electric as well as interlocks design of pneumatic air.
Switches for Sanders: It carries automatic/manual switchers. They help in collecting dust particles after shutdown of sander equipment for up to 8 seconds.
Separates Oil and Water: It carries high quality component which separates water and oil. In essence, this improves lubricant supply and function in the machine to save maintenance cost.
Filtration Bags: It is comprised of twofold filtration for dust collection bags to enhance dust collection more than 90%.
