Key Features of Automobile Paint Booths
- The usage size is 7x4x2.8 m, larger than the old one, and is available for more kinds of cars.
- The plenum is a ‘凸’ shape, designed to protect all wires from high temperatures. The filtering area measures 23M², which is 2M² larger than that of other Chinese Spray Booths, helping the air cool down faster.
- The entrance door and personnel door are made of steel tubes. A little way out from the surface of the entrance door, the connecting area with the entrance door is smaller and better air-tight.
- The wall panel is 1 m and covered with male-female sides made of steel to make the cabin much stronger.
- The lighting system consists of 10 fixtures (40 pieces of 36W lights) as ceiling lights.
- We installed the light fixture on the wall panel at a 30° angle instead of the 45° angle, ensuring air flows smoothly.
- The generator frame is designed to conserve energy and enhance its functionality.
- We update the cabin and basement structure for easy installation.
- The control panel is installed at the front, featuring an elegant appearance, and it moves conveniently for operation.
