Spray Gun Oil and Water Separator
We design and manufacture the spray gun oil and water separator to supply oil-free and clean compressed air for spray guns. It can be installed in spray booths (also known as paint booths) and baking ovens.
To avoid any trouble during the spraying of paint for vehicles or other objects, we must ensure that the compressed air throughout the entire working system has been filtered and de-oiled. We offer two types of spray gun oil and a water separator for use with various types of paint. One is a two-stage fine filter( part code: OWS-A), and another is a three-stage fine filter(part code: OWS-B).

Features of Spray Gun Oil and Water Separator
The two-stage fine filter is primarily suitable for oil-based paint, has one stage filter of sintered bronze, which is mainly for separating water and solid particles up to 40μm, has a long life time, and is easy to clean.
Another filter cartridge in micro is for removing impurities such as water, residual oil concentration below 0.1mg/m3, and solid particles up to 0.01μm.
The three-stage fine filter with one active charcoal filter allows an excellent supply of compressed air, which contains particles below 0.005μm.
The automatic condensate discharge valves prevent condensate from penetrating the compressed air circuit.
The frame is made with top-quality materials and ensures perfect operation even under the circumstances where there are mists or solvents.
Easily fixed to walls using the special brackets.
You can read the pressure before filtration at the pressure gauge mounted on the first and second stages of the filters.
The pressure regulator with gauge allows easy pressure adjustment for the spray gun’s compressed air.
