How to Choose the Air Cooling Piston for Your Piston Air Compressor?
There are three elements to consider when it comes to choosing the Cooper Wire Air Compressor:
-
Pressure Requirements
Determine the amount of compressed air required for all your air tools, then follow the recommended guidelines. Using incorrect pressure can result in poor performance of the tool or harmfully affect the application of your paint.
-
CFM vs PSI(L/min or M3/min)
Air delivery is a highly significant parameter of the movable air compressor. First, inspect your compressed air tools, especially the spray gun, to determine the amount of air required for the process. Subsequently, make a decision on which type of Air Cooling Piston compressor will best suit your needs. There is a rule that air delivery ought to be more than 10 percent of the air tools you carry. Hence, the air requirement for other tools is essential in this context.
When there is a need for air but the quantity of air is much more than the air delivery speed, the air tools will not be able to function due to low air delivery. On the contrary, if air delivery is too good but the quantity of air is low, the result will be the wastage of electricity; thus, air tools will not function correctly.
-
Size of the Tank( Compressed Storage of Air)
The spray gun uses 15CFM, so the Air compressor should produce 15CFM or more to avoid any discontinuity in the work.
The equipment is essential to meet the needs and wants of vehicle workshops and repair sites.
